Once your order has been confirmed via e-mail or telephone we shall take payment via telephone, this way you can talk to one of our sales staff to confirm the details of your order. And we can also make sure you get YOUR FREE HEN T-SHIRT!

Our Sales Team have a vast experience in the Hen and Stag T-shirt field, And will be more then happy to assist you with your ideas . If you would like to speak to one of our designers please call us on 02476 325876 and and they will be happy to assist you.
STEP 1 Choose the design you like the best and click on the image.
STEP 2 Decide what Garment Style you would like.
STEP 3 Take a look at the colour and plan what you would like your shirts to say, If you would like names on the back of the shirts, e-mail us the names with the sizes next to the names.
STEP 4 If ordering via E-mail include a Delivery Address we can deliver to your place of work if thats convient for you(please note that all delivery’s have to be signed for so there must be somebody available to accept the delivery).
STEP 5 Unless payment has been taken via Telephone a member of our sales team shall call you to take payment.
STEP 6 We shall then check your order and you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order.
MIXING STYLES IN YOUR ORDER
We've learnt to become very flexible to our customers needs. Thats why you can mix the shirt sizes and still get the bulk discounted price. Although we can't mix the colours of the garments and print for every member of your group, You can have the Hens/Stags Shirt a different colour with Different colour print, Lets Make them Really stand out!!

We offer the Fastest Delivery Service on the Internet Just 2-4 Days Delivery Charges.

Payments Order by phone 02476 325876. Our Customer Service phone line is open from 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT) Monday to Saturday. Outside of these hours please leave a message and we will call you back. We accept the following Major credit Cards: Delta, Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron and Amex. Should you wish to pay by cheque please make you cheque payable to C.J Printing and send to 46 Church Street, Nuneaton, CV11 4AD enclosing details of your order requirements.

Shipping And Handling Please allow 2-3 Working Days for your order to be Delivered, Remember Saturday and Sundays are not working days for couriers.


DELIVERY CHARGES
Courier Charge = £9.99 Per Order.

Discounted Royal Mail Rates can be given on smaller quantities of Hen and Stag Shirts.

Sometimes it may be possible to select economy courier services at cheaper prices although we cannot guarantee the timescale that the courier will deliver within.

We are responsible for your order until it leaves our premises if we have dispatched the item ontime, and you are still awaiting delivery we will do everything possible to ensure the courier delivers the item. Although in the unlikely event that a courier maybe delayed or late delivering your parcel, we are not responsible.

We cannot refund orders where the courier does not delivery within the specified time, Refunds of this nature have to be claimed through the courier service.

Credit Card Security We use a safe and secure office to process your card payments, once processed the card details are destroyed via incineration to prevent Fraud.

Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Returns Policy Should you wish to exchange your product please let us know immediately by emailing us at sales@henandstagshirts.co.uk or telephone us on 02476 325876, If you wish to exchange a shirt for another size you will have to pay for the replacement shirt/s.

We do not accept responsiblitity for your spelling Mistakes, or you ordering an incorrect size.

 

Although we will contact you if we think that your design can be improved, or we believe that the colour print you have chosen will not complement your shirt colour or design.
